RULES OF PLAY

USGA Rules apply at all times together with such local rules as are in force and published for the course on which the competition takes place.

If a rules question arises, the Vice President for Tournaments will confer with the Golf Professional at the course where the event takes place to determine the outcome. Their decision is final.

Flights may be adjusted at the discretion of the Tournament Committee.

 

HANDICAPS

The USGA Slope System will be used. Players will submit either their attested Handicap Index or a copy of their current handicap card.

Handicaps for each competition will be assigned in accordance with the USGA Slope Course Handicap Table for the course being played. Flights will be determined by adjusted handicaps at the course being played. Tournament handicaps are limited to 18.

  "A" Flight will pay gross and net.

The Tournament Committee will determine all awards. No prizes will be awarded until all play is completed. Tournament prizes are given as pro shop credit. Ties will be settled by splitting the value of the places involved.
