RULES OF PLAY
USGA Rules apply at all times together with such local rules as are in force and published for the course on which the competition takes place.
If a rules question arises, the Vice President for Tournaments will confer with the Golf Professional at the course where the event takes place to determine the outcome. Their decision is final.
Flights may be adjusted at the discretion of the Tournament Committee. The Vice President of Tournaments will determine the number of players in each flight based on the number of entries received and the current handicap of each player in the field. She may at her discretion arrange the flights with an equal number of players in each flight.
HANDICAPS
The World Handicap System will be used. Players will submit either their attested handicap index or a copy of their current handicap card. Handicaps will be assigned in accordance with the USGA Slope Course Handicap Table for the course being played. Flights will be determined by adjusted handicaps at the course being played. No player will be assigned an adjusted handicap more than 23.0.
Handicap Indexes are limited to 23.0.
